Public Liability Insurance
All exhibitors and stand builders are required to hold a minimum of $10,000,000 public liability insurance for the duration of the show. A copy of your insurance must be received by 21st March, failure to do so will result in refused entry to build or set up a display within the PCEC.

Electrical Booking Form
For exhibitors that require electricity or lighting to their displays (for booth exhibitors only who require additional power or lighting to their designated 4amp power and 2 x spotlights). The form must be returned by 26th June 2009

Carpark Passes
Daily carpark passes will guarantee you a space and allow re-entry any number of times a day. The form must be returned by 26th June 2009 . Forms returned after this date will not be processed.

Move In/Out Schedule
This form must be filled in and returned promptly in order to schedule a specific time to load in on the PCEC loading dock. If we do not receive your form prior to the show, you will not be granted access to the loading dock.
